Easy to make an appointment, they followed up with text reminders a couple of times, I was early but I didn't have to wait. I plan to return for future recurring certificates. Fee seemed reasonable."

"Can't say we ever met the doctor. They don't bother returning phone calls nor answering their phone. And if you do get through to someone they don't even help you. My husband if I recall made it there once but didn't get the doctor and then nothing ever got resolved for the issue he went for. And the doctor never called back or emailed back or anything."

"I’ve been to many clinics in the last four years. They were all quick to take me with very little wait time, but they were also to quick to get me out. Doctors wouldn’t take the time to hear all my concerns. I finally found a doctor that will listen to all my concerns. Answer all my questions. Will prescribe both natural medicine as well as regular prescriptions. I read the comments below. And yes there is a waiting time, but here in the US we are all about the quick and go. If that’s what you looking for this is not the clinic for you. If you want true help this is the perfect clinic to come to. I’ve been in pain for two years straight. The doctor took the time to listen and explain to me what I need to do, I can honestly say that after three months I feel much better. Thanks to God first and also Dr Platt"

"Came to this location for an internal medicine appointment. By far the worst experience ever had at a doctor's office. Waited for two hours before having to leave to get back to work. The office staff were rude and did not apologize or inform us of any delay before we and other patients started asking questions. Any other doctor's office we have been to has told us at check-in when the doctor is running behind and gives the option to reschedule. Here, we were met with blank stares and responses that made it seem like WE were being inconsiderate to expect to be seen at or around our appointment time, or to at least be given an estimate as to how much longer the wait would be. Jacqueline especially acted as though we were crazy for being frustrated with the severe lack of communication and respect for their patient's time; she was unprofessional and argumentative, and stated it would be two months for a reschedule. When another patient informed Jacqueline that the doctor advised a follow-up in two weeks, Jacqueline behaved inconvenienced, stating "well I'M having to SQUEEZE YOU in." There were three other patients before us who waited over an hour to be called back, four patients at different times who stood at the counter for 15 to over 20 minutes before staff even acknowledged their existence, multiple calls put on hold for extended periods of time while staff talked and laughed in the next room over, and one woman who came to pick something up and stated that she waited for two hours at her last appointment before she also had to just leave. When we finally got into the exam room, the nurses had to come in because they left behind vials of someone else's blood. We waited until it was 10 minutes till the office closed before we just had to leave. The doctor may very well be an amazing doctor, but if you are set on waiting the one and a half to two months to see her, be sure to call off work, cancel any other plans you may have, and be prepared to spend at least two and a half hours there while being treated as insignificant. Considering the reviews for the cosmetic aspect of this doctor's office are very positive, it's evident where their priorities are. If you have legitimate medical issues, I do not at all recommend this doctor."

"The worst experience yet. Do not waste your time with this office. The most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with, it is shameful. Jackie hung up on me, she made no attempt to tell me why they let my care just drop. Since September and November I tried calling to find out why no call back or follow up on my care . DR. Platt and her nurse practitioner seem nice but I am not clear why they do not have a handle on their staff. The staff will take this office down. To many patients and they just do not care. They have a reputation for their staff and poor follow up.?"
