"They scheduled me for marker in to get ready for surgery couple days and I went to get marker in but someone canceled my appt and now I am there office to face them and I am pissed cuz no one has not called me or texted or emails regarding this issue bad service I could have it done I was cancer free for nine years and now I have lump and am worried hope not come back again if they not cooperate with me I could have gone somewhere else that do care about"
"We were referred to this office to see Dr. Nouri because my grandma has a mass upper left abdomen that needs to be biopsied and possibly removed. We saw them back in October 2023 and was told they will be wanting to do a CT scan with guided biopsy and then go from there. When it came down to communicating with our PCP they were giving them thr run around talking about wanting do do these procedures that were never mentioned to us, so I called and asked for clarification on what exactly we are doing and again they tell me ct scan with guided biopsy and that we will need to get labwork done prior to doing this and they would need the cd's of the last CT scan and PET scan and expected me to drive my grandma who is 80yr old (who is disabled and fragile) to drive to 3 different locations in 3 separate cities that would take a whole day at least. Something she cannot handle. We ultimately found out that they can request the cd's and they can get them as well so we called and left about 6-8 messages with not one call back. Our PCP even tried calling and leaving multiple messages (about 5) and even left her private cell phone number and wanted the surgeon to call and speak with her. Instead again we all were ignored our PCP included. It is like they wrote my grandma off and could not be bothered to do THEIR job. Unfortunately we were left with no choice to report them and of course they also tried to gaslight the insurance company and lie to them even though we had plenty of proof and witnesses and it took the insurance company several tries and pushing multiple extensions to get ahold of any person. So insurance company saw first hand we are having alot of issues with them. All of a sudden within a few weeks after reporting them and finding elsewhere to do the biopsy needed they finally call me and act like they want to get this going. Well I had explained to the person due to them treating my grandma as if she doesn't exist and writing her off we were left to report them and find someone else and the person I talked to had a attitude and was rude with me to the point she raised hee voice and I had to tell her to lower her voice and watch her tone with me. For me if they can do this to my grandma it makes me wonder how many other people have been treated this way or worse. I would hate for another to go through this too. So please BEWARE of this office. ."
"Total disaster; go someplace ELSE!! My Dad was scheduled for a procedure at 9:30, check in at 8:30. So when we arrived, on time, we were told his procedure had been pushed back 2 hours, and can we come back at 10:30. Mind you, my Dad has diabetes and had nothing to eat since 6PM the night before. So we came back at 10:30, and by 12:45 we were STILL WAITING!!! I finally had to address the office manager and demand that she get the doctor in the room within 5 minutes or we were leaving. She called the doctor in my presence and told him to come do the procedure. He was able to come right away, so obviously he was not doing anything important at the time. I am here in Murietta from Phoenix; I drove here late last night to be here for my Dad. MVSA clearly does not have the least bit of consideration for anyone else's time or schedule. We will never come back here. My time is valuable, and being jerked around all day long is simply unacceptable."
"I was referred by my primary doctor for surgery. After my initial consultation I told the surgery scheduler that I needed this surgery expedited since I needed to return to work ASAP. She sent the authorization to my insurance only to find out it was cancelled, she should have just resend it with new diagnostic. Today I called again to ask for the surgery date, I was told that it’s too soon since I’ve only been seen a week ago. I have never had experience like this before. Usually when I see a doctor and request for an authorization from my insurance it only takes about a day, not a few days. All I needed is a surgery dates so that I could update my company regarding my health. They’re also hard to get a hold of."
"I was referred by my primary doctor for surgery. After calling for three weeks to schedule an appointment with no answer and nobody responding to my messages, I drove to the facility to walk in to make an appointment. I filled out all my forms online ahead of time but was asked to fill out the same forms on paper when I arrived for my appointment. At the appointment, I was told I needed to wait for approval from my insurance for an MRI, which would take 6-7 days. 16 days later, again with several unanswered phone calls and unreturned messages, I received a call that the MRI was approved and that I needed to make the appointment. After having to look up the imaging place online because I was given no contact information, the imaging place would not schedule my appointment because the surgery center got a referral for the wrong body part. I was told I needed a new referral. Of course - I called the surgery center with no answer and have received no response to the message I left. I, in no way, trust these people to cut into my body. They are unresponsive and unprofessional."
