"Been using this broker since 1998. They were in a smaller office back then and have moved to a beautiful (and better) location since then. Twice within the last 6 months I have needed them. Once because a good student driver discount wasn't given after I submitted my daughters grades and the other was to add another vehicle to my policy. The good student discount wasn't applied for over a month, two emails and three phone calls. To add another vehicle and remove an old took two phone calls. I'm only giving a 3/5 because of that. If I would've rated before these recent episodes, it would have been a 5 star rating. If they're too busy to handle issues for clients, they should hire more employees."
