"One of the best Doctors ever! He cares and I have been with him over 10 years! 5 star treatment always! Wait times are on par if not less than most Dr.s these days, if there is a little wait it is IMO because he takes time to get each patient thoroughly addressed, and when it is your turn that is what you expect. Very few Dr.s have passion for their profession anymore and Dr.Nguyen is the exception, he has pulled me through many health issues and I owe a lot to his care."

"In the past, I've been happy with the care I've received. The doctors themselves have been great. I was even okay with having to wait 30-45 minutes for every appointment. But today, I was told there were FIVE patients ahead of me when I arrived for my 9:45 am appointment. At the minimum, that's 1.5 hours of wait time. That's unacceptable. The reason I was given? "Fridays are crazy." This isn't a walk in clinic. How can any day be worse than another if you're scheduling your appointments reasonably? As much as I like the actual care, I'm going to find a PCP whose front office is better at time management."
