"Alexis is the best doctor/phyic I have ever been too she has saved my life she told me one day out of the blue my wife and I was reading about it min before she asked me sublicade shot I honestly was just reading about it and she asked me if I was interested i said YES of course it's my higher power talking to me now i been off heroin for about 1 year and a half now, and I'm going on one year off fentanyl in about 3 months thank God you saved my life she deserves the best employee award but.. her new student "Angelica" is a very rude unprofessional student I've worked with Alexis for about 2 years now and.. "Angelica!!" Has been nothing but rude, she denied me my medication because of a false positive, because I know 100%, I'm not doing what it said I was on, so she said give it a couple more days and see how you feel, I said to her I started a new job so I need this medication please I asked to speak to Alexis and she keeps denying for me to speak to her so I will honestly say her sarcasm and the way she speaks to her clients is horrible I've never wanted to go to another doctors but if "Angelica" stays I will have to look for a new one as much as it will hurt you don't just tell a EX addict just go a couple more days without your medication that you've been taking for a couple of months now and see how you feel this is day two and I don't feel good and she tried to blame it on me being sick with the cold at first and when I asked her what if I wouldn't have been sick then what she said I never said nothing about you being sick, she's lying and they know I just got this job and I need this medication I called off two days because I do not feel good so so if the main doctor see this please I'm begging you I do not want to relapse I need my medication and get rid of this student " Angelica"I have her voicemail for being sarcastic don't don't get me wrong everybody else there I'll give him 100%, but her "Angelica" get her out of there!! Please like so my doctor gets a hold of me please there has always been false positives but "Angelica" needs to go back to school! And not be talking to me I have the right to refuse to speak to her. And get another student. Otherwise this place if great All the employees doctors and students have been great best place to go but Angelica needs to go!!"

"Dr Banimahd is a fraud. He never goes the extra mile to help, and when I asked him for a simple request, such as testing my blood, etc. he got so upset at me he kicked me out of his office telling me I am manipulating him. In the beginning of our professional relationship, he told me he would be my primary doctor as well as my pain Dr... I was super excited about that. Then he recanted and said he doesn't do that kind of work and told me to see my own primary Dr. My immediate response was...well, you told me that you are my primary Dr? He replied and said he never told me that. He's very confusing and always seems stressed with his personal life and circumstances. His staff is no better, very disorganized, very angry and chaotic Beware! You've been warned!"

I have been treated by him for a very very lonh time now and he has brought me out of a very rough phase in my life and has warch me grow spiritually and emotionally.
