"Simply awful."

"This review is primarily for the office “staff”. I’ve had numerous negative experiences with their staff, when they deign to pick up the phone. There’s about 8 people back there as you can see through the large window. But none of them can pick up a phone. One experience was trying to reschedule an appointment the Dr canceled for some reason. As I was low on prescriptions and the Dr said he wanted to see me before refilling them. The office gave me nothing but grief. Telling me he had no openings and the holidays were around the corner and he would be out then as well. I was understandably upset with their lack of empathy. “Nothing we can do.” And then proceeded to hang up on me. Called to speak to an office manager. Hung up on me again. That is wildly unprofessional if not borderline unethical as this is a doctors office dealing with medications patients need. Then recently I was running out of one prescription so I called to see if they could get the Dr to refill it. They said yes. A week later my pharmacy says they were unable to fill it because they hadn’t received anything from this office. I call back and they say “well we’re really short staffed. So we’ll get to it.” ???? How are you short staffed when there’s always several people there? Anyways. It never got filled. That was about 3 months ago. The office staff is completely incompetent and just hard to describe the lack of compassion and empathy."

"I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Wang. He actually listens and cares, which unfortunately has bot been typical with other psychiatrists I have seen in the past."

"I had the absolute worst experience of my life with Dr. Wang. Once he found out I was talking Harvoni..... Dr. Wang proceeded to tell me that he refused to see me again. If you're looking for respect, do not go to this phychiatrist. He needs to go back to school and learn how important it is to be able to understand. Understand English too. No Joke"
