"I’ve never seen a more poorly run facility in my life. The poor receptionist had to take nonstop calls while I was there and couldn’t even pick up to put me on hold. And we weren’t allowed in the building until we called and talked with someone. Eventually I just went in and spoke with her. She was nice but explained how busy they were it was going to be a 1-2 hour wait. And I still had to call and wait for her to pick up. All the info I was told about this place was not true. It’s a terrible business. Hopefully the one in charge is held accountable, but let’s be honest, they probably won’t be."
