"CHEST PAINS UNATTENDED! My father was seen by cardiologist in this clinic and decreased his heart medication dose. Pharmacy informed the clinic multiple times requiring Prior Authorization. However, the doctor never responded. I called to follow-up but very "poor communication" among staff. It caused "chest pains" to my dad without the medication. We filed a complaint with the medical insurance. Clinic stated that my dad was seen in their clinic related to chest pains. This is totally a "fraud claim" where they never called us back to schedule for a clinic visit. If the doctor and the clinic are stating that they've seen my dad for chest pains, then their claim would be a "fraudulent documentation" with negligence since they never seen my dad to evaluate my his chest pains at all! Never trust this clinic ever again!"

"My wife was made to wait for 4 hours in their “ER” waiting room with acute abdominal pain due to kidney stones. She had been discharged a few hours before for the same complaint. After complaining we were told the wait was due to a lack of bed space and because she had abdominal pain she needed to be treated lying down. When she was eventually taken through - they placed her in a chair in the walk way, inserted and IV in her arm and administered pain killers. Really, and you couldn’t have done that earlier? Best of all there is no patient doctor confidentiality as you are sitting in a passage. After 2 hours she was still in the chair, now with and empty IV bag and still no proper examination. No scan to see if it was another kidney stone - nothing. This is the worst example of a Medical Facility I have ever experienced. But when their value system states budgets are more important than medical care you know why! Don’t go there you can get better and more professional treatment anywhere else. Just shocking!"

"WORST medical facility ever. My doctor joined this group 2 years ago & I've NEVER been able to get an appointment. Each time I've called they've told me to go to urgent care. I called again this morning with a possible serious situation and was told, because I hadn't been there I could not be seen (since my doctor was retiring) and shocking, GO TO URGENT CARE. This place is completely unethical, unprofessional and out of compliance with the state for providing adequate health care. STAY AWAY!"
