"the only good thing was that the wait was about average, just about 2 hours or so? but the worst part? was seriously how dumb the nurse and doctor was? it literally explains why there are so many death yearly because of the doctors poor judgment on not listening to the patient and thinking they know everything? when doctor lebby first saw me? i tried explaining my symptoms, and in the middle of me explaining everything? he cuts me off and talks to the nurse saying just give me a CT scan (which i didnt need) then proceeds to ask for a urine sample (which was also completely unnecessary because my urine was tested before and it came back clean everytime). in the end? they looked at me like an idiot and sent me home without trying to fix my problem (which i am currently still suffering with and dont know what to do) never felt so helpless and lost at the same time because i cant get any help with my issue..."
"Rude Staff, the care is disgusting. Just to see what the level of care was, I took it upon myself to lay out in front of the ER waiting room. I was discusted to watch as hospital personnel passed me by laying there in need of assistance. Do not go there, please go to Memorial Care on Brookhurst St. I am not affiliated in any way with this or any hospital that I have spoken about. This hospital should close its doors. Most reviews are depressing and deplorable while some give a five star rating. Look closely before you can't decide. Oh yes was in the ER in a rolling chair and the security guard came to me, said I need this chair and you need to sit with everybody else. Wow really a security guard making decisions as he is a doctor and can make medical decisions. Let's not forget their other name people have called them Death Valley Hospital."
"I honestly don’t understand why so many negative reviews. I just had my baby a month ago. My OB said to register at the hospital before giving birth so I did. My water had broke and I was admitted right away because of that. I stayed there for 4 days arrived wed 4pm and left sat noon. All nurses were great! Whenever I needed something they were there. Water, juice, blankets, more pads or even more diapers. I cannot complain about anything. Delivery was perfect! My OB she’s the best! My daughter’s pediatrician also works at the hospital! Great experience! Thank y’all!"
"I recently spent about four days at this hospital. I was only supposed to be there for one night to get a CT scan. I did not get the CT scan until the end of the fourth day, that’s how long I was waiting. The only reason I got the CT scan was because I had to escalate it to a charge nurse. So I waited four days for a CT scan while they ran all of this other testing on me and then got charged for each Day hospital stay. Right now I have a bill that’s almost $5000 which I have been trying to get this hospital to work with me on being that I submitted several complaints from my hospital bed about how long the wait was. There are no discounts no settlement offers no responses absolutely nothing. Not to mention that the doctor that I was seeing basically told me that he couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me and that he had done everything he could. They also told me that I was going to be seeing a urologist and get a pelvic exam, I never got that pelvic exam, and the urologist came in. I didn’t even understand a word he said, and then walked out before I could even speak to him . The urologist was about 80 years old and did not listen to a thing I had to say. I went home from this hospital with no resolve, a long wait, any $5000 bill that they will not help me with. Shame on this hospital, shame on the medical system, shame on all of you for putting people through moments like that, and then charging them for things that they cannot afford and we have no choice but to pay it or to get our Credit it all messed up. What a nightmare and disaster this ended up being."
"3 weeks ago, I had the worst experience of my life at this hospital. I would give negative star if that was possible. Please, don't deliver here. I am a young Hispanic woman. My partner and I were discriminated against since the beginning of our birth journey. What should have been the best moment of my life, turned into a nightmare. The Dr. was unprofessional, careless and racist. The staff did not care for me or my newborn. My Daughter almost died at the hands of these monsters. Please run! Don't put your baby in the hands of these monsters. Read the reviews."
