"The best doctors you could hope to have. Drs. Sadighian and Houshyar are thorough, caring and excellent. This is like a concierge practice, but accessible for everyone. I've never had billing issues and anyone who does likely are clueless as to how insurance and office visits work. I'd recommend this office to anyone!"

"If I could give no stars for this review, I would. Be careful about the appointments you make with this office. They bill you for services that were neither rendered nor discussed. Requesting a general physical and being billed as though you went in for a consultation about specific health issues is what you can expect here. After discussing discrepancies with the office manager regarding my medical visit and being billed incorrectly, she was unwilling to review the services rendered when I identified charges that should not have occurred. She ignored the fact that I went in for a wellness examination and was charged for other billing codes that the doctor included in my chart for which services were not rendered. When I explained the discrepancies between services rendered and the incorrect charges incurred, she simply said that nothing could be done and that I would need to file a complaint with my insurance company if I felt there was a medical billing code inaccurately assigned to my visit. The office itself is supposed to review the charges and solely has the authority to change inaccuracies via the doctor. There was an unwillingness to review the chart for inaccurate charges, though it was clear that I was charged for services not received."

She and Dr. Houshyar are very thorough and really take the time to get to know their patients and treat the whole person. We have recommended Secure Health to our family and friends for years."
