"One of the worst hospitals I've ever gone to. I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to take my husband here. They ignored him. They treated him like he wasn't even there. They didn't take his pain very seriously. It took hours to be able to get pain management. I've even gone there myself for an extreme headache and nausea and had to leave the hospital to go somewhere else to get treatment because they just didn't want to help anybody. I would never go here again"

"Terrible. Terrible. Terrible customer service. My husband came in here for an emergency, and you’d think they’d want to help you because it’s an emergency, but boy am I wrong. The staff there is miserable, rude and just not friendly. The receptionist at the emergency room has a bad attitude and doesn’t want to help. She makes people feel stupid. The whole time we were there she had a bad attitude and the rest of the staff there was just angry or something. The only person that was kind there was the lady drawing the blood from my husband, but everyone else was horrible. This isn’t my first encounter with these angry people, but it will be my last. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt."

"**UPDATE** NOW 1 STAR - They asked me to email them. I did over a week ago and of course no one responded to my email. That just goes to show you how much they really don't care. Where do I start with this review! What a terrible experience I had on a Friday afternoon at the ER. It was a 4 hour visit from start to finish and the staff were very disorganized and somewhat rude. They actually kept my driver's license (which they misplaced somewhere) and insurance card. At the end, they didn't charge me my copay. I received a call recently where I found out that they never processed my insurance and now I'm wondering how many hours it will take to fix this mistake. Find another ER to visit!"

"I had gone in around 6am and this was my first and will be my last time at this hospital. The doctor’s assistants were extremely judgmental and I felt as though I was treated disrespectfully. After being placed in a room the doctor’s assistant didn’t hesitate to make rude comments about my decision to receive help at the emergency room. The doctor was polite however I felt he didn’t take my complaints of his assistant seriously or my worsening symptoms. I mentioned that as a fellow health care worker and medical assistant the behavior I experienced from the staff was extremely inappropriate and needed to be addressed immediately. One of the first things we are taught as health care workers is to keep our comments and judgments to ourselves so it was very disappointing to see this here. The registered nurse who made the comment went by the name Paul."

"I received care in the ER here on November 1st. Overall I'm happy with the care I received. I had severe abdominal pain. Couldn't keep fluids down for over 12 hours, and was vomiting at least 3 times per hour. It was bad. I was a walk in and received care in under an hour. The nurses were extremely kind and understanding. The gentlemen who drew my blood and did my CT were easygoing. Overall a very non traumatic experience. I received compassionate care and everyone worked to get my pain and nausea under control quickly. When all was said an done I received a bill and it was not as bad as expected. 2600 for me as an uninsured patient. Overall it was the best experience I could have hoped for considering the circumstances."
