"Optum here, as a whole seems to refuse to be accommodating. I was seconds after my 15 minute grace period, after 20 minutes waiting to be allowed into the building and be checked in, the nurses for Dr. Zamora did not agree for me to be seen. No other nurse practitioner was available to see me when this is supposed to be a big clinic, this is all when I NEED to be seen. Everyone is here out of necessity and it seems Optum here missed the mark with understanding that. It seems management cares more to staff the urgent care department as I imagine it’s more lucrative. If we go with Dr. Zamora we need to understand that her practice associated with Optum has rigid rules. I came out of there crying and with a a headache from the frustration I felt."

I also had couple of x-rays, the technician was so patient and nice. It's really convenient for me to do labs, have x-rays and see PCP all together."
