"I hate Dr Cashur. I called since December 2023 for an appointment to remove my IUD because I found out I was pregnant only to be scheduled in January 19 & the week of they call me to reschedule for the 30th the day I had a miscarriage because of my IUD still being in place. You will be hearing from my lawyer soon for negligence!!!!! 0 stars if I could. I lost my baby & I'm an emotional wreck!!!!!"

"Horrible. I have been coming here for 6+ years initially with Dr. Cachur who is wonderful, after that with Dr. Steinberg. The staff and receptionist make you wait 10min or more just to make an appointment and give attitude when responding to simple questions. They never call to remind for appointments. Every time I try to schedule an appointment for my son it’s the same thing they never have availability. Please take your kids for a check up elsewhere, this facility does not care."

"This office is such a joy to be at! After trying to switch PCPs to another office in DTLA with no call back after several attempts and two weeks, I decided to try out Dr. David Steinberg's office. The front office, especially Jocelyn, took their time to answer all my questions about scheduling and insurance. I came for my scheduled appointment and filled out all the new patient paperwork, and swiftly was taken to the exam room for my check-up. I was slightly confused as to what my next steps were as far as getting a referral to a specialist and having my previous medical records sent over, but again the front desk office was soooo incredibly patient with me and took the time to make sure I understood. The most surprising thing was getting both a text AND a call, confirming that a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy of choice and is ready for pick-up. I *highly* recommend this office to anyone looking for a more pleasant doctor experience."

"I came in for my appointment asked for a cup of water because I am pregnant and can't breathe in a mask I was told to wait until someone can help me. My appointment is at 10:45am I checked in at 10:35am . Approximately 6 people has been called and I was still sitting feeling like I was about to pass out. I then was called to fill out some paperwork and still wasn't offered a cup of water. The receptionists all has attitudes like I'm on there time. Poor service."
