"This place is great! My niece needed a refill of her Effexor but she was in the process of switching insurance providers. Her shrink's office refused to issue a refill without paying $200 out of pocket which she couldn't afford. Her medication causes severe withdrawal almost immediately so she was freaking out. We found this place and she walked right in, met with a very nice guy who did her intake interview, a nurse to go over her vitals and current medications, then she met with the NP who electronically sent the refill to our pharmacy. It wasn't a super quick process (it took an hour) but considering we just walked in, it went by much faster than the ER which is where she would have ended up. Everyone was very nice to my niece. She has bad anxiety but she left feeling happy and relaxed. Highly recommended but be patient."

"Didn't help! I waited 2 hours to be seen then 1 hour for after they did all my intake paper work for them to come tell me the dr. Can't see me, My therapist from KP referred me here, they said they couldn't take me because im a kaiser patient...which makes no sense because i have Medi-cal, dont waste your time going here to Telahealthcare, if you want to get help for real, GO TO MLK OFF WILMINGTON! THANK GOD I DID! I wasn't too sure about MLK but they really helped me in a way that put my mind at easy!"

"the entire staff was wonderful up until seeing the actual nurse practitioner. She was INSANELY unprofessional, immediately profiled me, and then continued to just ask what I even wanted her to do in a very aggressive tone. After making me cry, she said maybe I just need inpatient after telling her I was experiencing manic/anxiety attacks. I reached out to multiple friends/family who have a medical background(some even in behavioral health itself) and was told that is not an appropriate response in the slightest. I was sent here to follow up on my medication after a recommendation from a previous urgent care before I was able to get in with a true psychiatrist and I wish I would have never walked through the doors. It was barely even reviewed by her, and she made me feel worse than I did when I came in. This is not my first time seeking this type of care but this is the first time I’ve regretted it."

"This is by far the most caring and Efficient facility offering mental help and Southern California. I have been trying to get help with a diagnosis and meds for almost a year now and I googled “immediate mental health” and found them. The staff is so completely invested in your success and happiness. They listen to what is being said and truly care. I told them that I disliked certain meds and they documented it and declared that those won’t work for me. End of story. My last psych said “oh you just gotta stick with it and let it level out.” Despite my issues stemming from that Rx. Here I was able to get the meds I was wanting to try after much research and after years of not getting good results with most of the other ones I’ve been on. They have a very busy day everyday so it is an all day event to go here but you will have the treatment you need that day. From wonderful people. Thank you La Casa. You saved my life."
