"The worst! Hadadz schedules patients in 15-minute appointment slots and rushes you out of the door, then bills insurance $200 for it. His "office" is an ill-equipped beauty salon. It is a violation of the medical profession."
"DONT GO HERE!! STAY CLEAR!! This is one of the worst doctors offices I have ever been to. They are some of dumbest staff I have ever had the disservice of working with. They are all that is wrong with medical system in the US. They don’t care about their patients. They just care about collecting their insurance checks. You’re more likely to die in the waiting room than get medical care here!!"
"This place is a joke. It feels like as you are at some Spa waiting to get a basic facial instead of seeing a medical doctor for a serious health condition. This Dr actually works out of a skin care spa (weird), and I believe he is only there about twice a month. First time ever meeting me as a new patient, Dr Hadadz spent about 3 minutes with me, recommended benadryl for a chronic insomnia, brushed off my other medical concerns and then immediately without wasting any additional time offered me information about cosmetic procedures they offer at the spa. I believe it's because of these types of doctors many people avoid health checks in the future and go without proper medical care and screenings. To top it off, the specialist referral for an urgent matter took over a month."
"I had a terrible experience with this doctor ( Dr.Ali Hadadz) . They rushed through my appointment in just 1 minute and didn't have time to listen to my concerns. This doctor seemed more interested in promoting their own products, like vitamins, rather than addressing my concerns. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Avoid this place at all"
"The service provided by this office is atrocious. The lady attendant was absolutely appalling and needs to go back to school on how to communicate more efficiently and effectively. Not only were they rude and unhelpful, but they also seemed completely disinterested in assisting any and all of my concerns; in fact, she was condescending. I recorded all our phone calls- to show my case to Anthem on how I was treated poorly. We are what’s keeping you in business let me remind you. Despite repeated attempts to convey my personal concerns, she consistently displayed a lack of empathy and poor communication skills. It is completely unacceptable for a representative of your organization to exhibit such behavior and I urge you to address this issue immediately. Customers should feel valued and respected when dealing with your “office”, and this was far from my experience. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well as Anthem. GET A NEW DOCTOR! You’ve been forewarned. All issues have been reported. I got my lab results done out of the office (extremely inconvenient) and it took them over a week to release my test results. I called to get an emailed copy and they wouldn’t release it. I still have yet to receive a copy of my test results as a patient. To make things even more hilarious he didn't know how to properly read my lab results- he said he didn't have the information on my HCG levels after explaining I've already suffered three miscarriages and it is and should be for him A HUGE area of concern for me. Then magically- when I explained to the “doctor” what HCG was— he found it on the “second page” as he mumbled. The incompetence is astounding. As a physician do better. And hire more competent people. And buy an exit sign."
