"Just when I get to know my primary care doctor they leave! Seems that PM is a starting point for new drs. Until something else comes along. Not saying they aren’t good doctors, just want a long term established one."

"I have never written a review for a business until today. I have tried to work with Primary Medical’s Billing department since June 2022 with no success. I went in June to establish care with a provider there. I received a bill with codes for things that were NOT done. I have tried talking with staff to get this fixed and keep encountering very rude staff. They refuse to transfer me to management where I can voice my concerns. I work in the medical field and am aware of Medical Fraud and I am certain that is what is happening here. I spoke to a representative for my insurance company who stated after a year fighting this bill primary medical can no longer bill. I have talked to several people who have stated the same thing has happened to them. PLEASE read your EOB’s and review ALL statements. They also, refuse to share the EOB with my insurance for their review. I am sad to see a place that I thought could become my Primary care office has violated my trust in this way."
