"Doctor services appear to be great, but their billing department is a whole different story. Terrible or no communication, calling at 12:15pm on a business day is outside of business hours, getting a payment notice a day before Christmas holidays with no ability to pay online and being then deferred to collections, not providing an email address for communication. Not a good billing department experience!"
