"6 months ago I went to the emergency room at Sierra Vista. I was sent a bill from Central Coast Emergency Physicians for the full amount despite having insurance. I repeatedly tried to call their billing department to give them my insurance information. The company CCEP contracts out to is incredibly incompetent to the point of being moronic. It was sign of things to come. They were using an incorrect zip code when sending my claim. 6 months later and many hours spent doing other people's jobs, the issue appears to be settled. I had to call CCEP's office multiple times and left many voicemails. I drove by the office on my days off. My calls were NEVER returned. The only time I got ahold of someone is when they were in the office. The emails Rebekah promised me she would send never came until I called. What a coincidence that only after I call do emails magically get sent. Overall, I am incredibly dissatisfied and hope I never need to cross paths with CCEP again. They do not care if you are stuck with unfair medical debt, they just want their payday. Giving them one star is one too many."
