"Have been here many, many times over the last several years. Always received great service. Sure you have to wait a long time once and a while but it is first come first serve. Love the P.A’s there. Thorough and helpful. Highly recommend"
"I came in for urgent care and the red ish haired lady at the front desk informed me that they were closing early for meetings which is fine. I also see dignity health for my primary so I was going to ask if I could make a appointment with one of the doctors and she rudely cut me off and said they don’t do appointments for urgent care… which was not what I was going to ask. I am sick I don’t like going to the doctors but if I have to go something must really be wrong so to be as sick as I am and treated that way I feel horrible and it just makes me really upset I’ve never left a review for a place before so … I guess that’s enough said"
"I came in because I had a strep throat, but after completing my paperwork, I could not be seen because my United healthcare insurance card showed I was part of coastal community physician network, and Dignity has no contract with CCPN. I tried to explain to the receptionist that my insurance is not limited to CCPN, and this was an urgent care. But she told me that was company policy. So suggest Dignity out a sign that says urgent not for CCPN network patients."
"Just not helpful and want to hurry you out, prob a waste of time and energy for you to come in here. Hate to go into it but... they misdiagnosed a bad case of covid for just allergies or a cold. Had severe aches, chills, chest pain, etc and was bed ridden for 3+ days with a fever over 100. Never had that from allergies. No idea how their equipment didn't catch the fever. Had all those symptoms while there. PA was supposed to call in at home tests to the pharmacy but according to Rite Aid never did (she told me insurance would cover them which she was also wrong about). No help after testing positive had to go Teledoc (not much better) just to get some cough medicine. Shame on me for not just going straight to the home test, but I'd still hope for an illness like that the urgent care down the street could be of help. Not this one."
"Went in to the Urgent care to have my husband seen for Covid to possibly get medication as soon as I walk in the front office girl was very very rude asked what my husband needed to be seen for with the worst attitude I’ve ever gotten at any sort of medical office and I said he tested positive for Covid and her words were “if he tested positive already then why are you here?” I then responded we would like to see if he’s eligible for the medication (there’s certain criteria you must meet as far as risk factors which we were aware of and my husband does have some of those) and I mentioned to her I just got the medication there a few days ago when I first had Covid and her response was “Well is there a reason why he would need it? There’s criteria to it I bet you have health issues which is why you got it don’t you?” I felt like she was judging me because I’m overweight and she was questioning my medical history without me being the one needing to be seen all this out loud while there was another patient in the office completely violating my privacy. She then proceeded to tell me how the medication is county funded and he’s not eligible…we never asked for hand outs we have private insurance that we pay for and have copays we gladly pay when we go in…it just seemed like she was assuming we were there for a free handout. We would’ve gladly paid for the medication in full if needed. So sad that this was my husbands first visit at this office which I had told him so many great things about since I see Kristen here as my regular physician who is awesome and all other staff have always been nice to me…he saw the completely opposite of that, someone judgmental, rude and unwelcoming. I like Kristen so much I’m willing to stick it out but my husband will be looking elsewhere for a primary Physician since he was treated so poorly by this staff member today."
