"I had to take a fitness-for-duty from this complete idiot in 1999. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and the outside of his office looked like something from the Adams Family, it was overgrown with weeds and extremely unkempt. I thought as I walked up to the front door, what kind of so-called professional allows his property to look like it was abandoned. I felt uneasy and knew that I was not going to like him and I was right. It took me a few seconds after I met Dr. (I use this title lightly) Reynolds to realize that he was clueless about my fitness for duty exam. He was unfriendly, confrontational and just a huge idiot. After he failed me on my exam, I took another one with a doctor who does fitness-for-duty exams for the San Francisco Police Department. She told me that Dr. Reynolds had given me the wrong exams and didn't have any clue what he was doing. She also stated that any doctor can be paid off to fail anyone. Funny how I passed her exam after the right tests were administered. Dr. Reynolds obviously was on my prior police department's side. How sad that if you are paid enough by a city, you'll do whatever they want, even if it involves screwing over a decent law enforcement officer. When I read Dr. Reynolds report, the only nice thing he said in his ten page report was about my looks. Wow, how freakin' unprofessional can you get?!!!! That has nothing to do with a fitness for duty. I don't know why any police department would trust this guy with any fitness-for-duty exam. The only thing this jackass did with mine was go off the crap that my prior police department said and most of it was complete lies. When Dr. Reynolds asked me questions and didn't like my answers, he accused me of lying and badgered me to get the answers he wanted. I wouldn't give this ass the satisfaction and finally told him to just fail me because that's what he was going to do anyway. Dr. Reynolds, you are a sad, pathetic, unprofessional fool who should not be doing what you are doing. I took your exam in February 1999 and that was when I realized that just because you went to school and have your license to be a psychiatrist and you have all your fancy degrees and licenses, doesn't mean you know what the hell you are doing. I feel sad for anyone who has to deal with you."
