"After ER visit ER doctor told me to schedule an appointment with my PCP (that time) M.Nakelchik to unpack abscess. I called to the office, an asked representative if they're able to do that. They told me they can and scheduled an appointment. The next morning when I came to the office the doctor was really confused and surprised telling me, she has never done it!! and they don't even have supplies for such a manipulation. I was surprised even more spending my time there. I have never received requested service and ended up being sent to urgent care in 5 mins. I called to 10 urgent care offices until found the one with more or less skillful people. Also asked my insurance what to do at this point, they told me that the office should not send the bill for that. Of course, they sent. And my insurance was not able to process appeal properly so far. So 1 star for such a billing practice and actually they ask you to pay before the appointment ever happened, which is also absolutely inappropriate."

"I’ve been with Dr. David Cahn close to 30 years and I think he is the best Family Practice doctor I ever had. Dr Cahn is like the old fashioned dr that if you need 15 minutes you get 15 minutes or if you need an hour he will give you an hour. By giving people the time they need he tends to run behind a lot, but I would recommend him to anyone body!! I will keep him another 30 years.."
