"this company uses deceitful and unethical tactics to foreclose your home. zbs law uses other llc's to covertly manipulate your situation so that at the end of there process your home is foreclosed. early in the process you end up working with a company you think is helping but all along there goal is to guide you so that your home is foreclosed. and to add salt to your wound they also lead the way to get you evicted.. on paper it looks nothing out of the ordinary because of the different llc's handling the different activities. most victims dont come forward because they dont realize they have been manipulated or they are just too heart broken to speakup and if they want to speak up they are not aware of where to find the resources to get help. another thing that does not sit right wit zbs law is that they took out a ppp loan funded by the government which is funded by tax papers, the same tax payers that paid into the system that funded the loan program."

"My company needed to do a foreclosure on a person who refused to pay us on a Promissory Note secured by a Deed of Trust. "Dishonest bad practice racist . My house was in foreclosure and the bank offered me first loan modification and after short sale so they were doing ILEGAL dual Tracking , they are racist my first language is Spanish and I over heard when I called filty Mexican and all the time they hung off my phone calls and they call racist names I am Reporting this unprofessional Behavior to the state bar Asociation ."
