"This received two stars mainly because of the office staff themselves. Dr. Bayon is a wonderful doctor and is tentative to his patients. He is straight forward but in an empathetic and caring way (not rude). My family has been a part of this practice for years. My two younger sisters and I were patients of Dr. Nguyen when we were in pediatrics and my step-father was a patient of Dr. Bayon's for years before he switched insurance. The DOCTORS are one of the many reasons I started to see Dr. Bayon as my primary. I event had a chance to see Dr. Yoshisato when he was out of the office and she is very sweet. Some of the staff in this office however can make you feel less confident in the care that you are receiving due to the incompetence. Messages are not always relayed correctly, you do not always get a response within the time frame advised, and they make you feel as though your care is not important. It is extremely frustrating when you do not get the same treatment or quality of care throughout the entire office. Unfortunately, I can not continue to go here knowing that information may or may not be related and that I may or may not be treated kindly."
