"Nice Dr. but they “accept my insurance” but yet my telehealth appointments are costing me $170 each. And they want me to follow up every two weeks when I have friends that use other provider services for the same treatment that do not require even half of that. I will not be returning"

"I am updating my review from positive to negative. My experience was fine until they have taken over 3 weeks to provide documentation I need to file an insurance claim. It is for a procedure that they didn't provide proper referral documentation for that I had to pay $1000 out of pocket for."

"I wish I could save more people from seeking help through Circle Medical. When I moved states and needed to find a new provider to prescribe my antidepressant, I sought to get my prescription through Circle Medical due to long wait times for appointments with in person psychiatrists. For reference, I am not prescribed a controlled substance/ narcotic, it's just Wellbutrin. The nurse practitioner I saw was fine, nothing especially good or bad, I just received my prescription. Over the course of the next few months, she continuously would stop my prescription with no warning so I had to keep booking appointments with her that were not necessary (and getting expensive!). There were often a couple days where I would be without medication and experiencing withdrawal symptoms. When I most recently went to get my prescription, my pharmacist told me the prescription was ceased AGAIN. When I went onto my app to make an appointment, I was informed that my provider had quit a while ago and I would need to see someone new. I was never informed at any time that she had left Circle Medical. Now, in order to make my appointment, I had to pay off a past balance, which led me to notice I had been wrongly charged. My last appointment with my provider was a refill appointment which costs $25, but they had charged me $100 for the appointment and said it was a "wellness exam". I never received any form of a wellness exam, and had just simply been receiving a prescription. When I reached out the Circle Medical team said there's nothing they could do about the charges or the prescription, and never once apologized for the complete lack of communication around my provider leaving the company. Seriously this place is a scam and if you need a consistent antidepressant prescription GO ELSEWHERE!"

"I chose this company as opposed to regular physician for convenience. However, I waited the 24 hours and my prescription has still not been sent nor do I see it listed on my profile, yet the doctor has been paid. I upheld my financial obligation and they have not upheld their medical obligation to get my prescription called in. No one has answered me via the janky chat the app has either."

"The providers in person are great (though there is a significant amount of turnover in the past 3 years I've been going here) but recently this definitely suffers from "no human contact" syndrome. No one responds to the chats in the app and no one answers the phone both for myself and for the pharmacy. I was forced to pay a large co-pay on a prescription I've never had to pay for before because of an issue with their office and neither myself nor the pharmacist could get in touch with anyone. Honestly, go anywhere else."
