"I';m a senior citizen, diabetic (Medicare +supplemental) at high risk contracted to work in a practice neighboring Maxine. In March '21 I got my first covid booster. I believe I got my flu shot there last fall. No problems. The people were polite. Bing Bang Boom. Yesterday, I asked the intake people if I could get this year's flu shot. "Sure. come after 1:30" which I did. I was sent upstairs and was told the nurses wouldn't help me. The lame excuse was about patient confidentiality? I do have a chart there. Left a message with Dr P, Director. No reply. My denial of service was wrongt. I hope to publicize this. They will probably take good care of you, IF THEY feel like it. By the way- there were hardly any patients there yesterday afternoon... Dr. GR Westside Methadone Program (our patients are also high risk and I want to avoid exposure."
