"Some of the staff have passive aggressive issues and subtle racism issues. It is an ethnic Chinese California funded medical group. My dentist and the female technician were superb. However the staff and Chinese speakers with their children have diversity issues. I must be honest and state that they are superior to the District Public Health. However I have never seen a Black American employee here and they are a bit obsolete in regard to compliance to be fair and honest"

"I love this place because I have great doctor. Zhen (Jane) Lu is been my prime doctor for several years, always on time with smile on her face make me feel better right way. Dr. Zheng Jane Lu has helped me controlling my sugar and blood pressure, She is very thoughtful and understanding and answers my questions so that I can understand. She refers me to some good specialist when I need them. She is very kind and pleasant. There were time when I felt bad and didn't have appointments to see Dr.Lu, and she would find way to squeeze me in that day. I appreciate that very much I recommend Dr. Zhen Jane Lu ! Great professional indeed"

Asked the person at the counter to be told they overbooked and I had to wait for four people ahead of me. Tried to reschedule but she said she had some duty she had to perform and left me waiting another 15 minutes. Ended up just leaving."
