"I came here for a scheduled test that I was fasting 12 hours for. (3hr glucose test) I was told I needed to come back in an hour or so since the tech needed to take her lunch. Nobody else was there to help. Already hungry and waiting more when I waited already 20 mins to be called… I wish I was notified or appointment was canceled/resheduled. I do not blame the tech but the company. I read the other reviews and was nervous already about the time management before arriving. I also commuted from Marin. Waste of time and I feel bad for the worker doing it all on her own."

"For blood tests, by appointment only. since there is only one woman working there. She is good but overwhelmed. and right across the stress is a nice new big Lab."

"I’ve had to deal with labcorp a few times already to take a drug screening. They’re horrible. Wait time was ridiculous, and then they claimed my sample was diluted. Went to this location and it was closed but of course they didn’t update their hours. Now I have to drive to Santa Rosa again."

"Hello I never right reviews but I need to this time. I went get my lab work don't today for the forth time and they lost it again. Did I tell you the Fourth time. It also has take 2 hour off work to get this done. And when I told them I had a email of the lab they told me they cant use that even thought it came from the Dr. email address. I am now never going to use this office again unless i want to waste more of my time. Did i also tell you they made me wait for 20 min till the lady told me she didn't have it. this is not right and not good customer service."

"Just had an amazing experience at LabCorp! Was in for routine blood draw... I have tricky veins so sometimes getting a draw is a little challenging. The ladies at LabCorp made the experience enjoyable, light-hearted, and pain free! I will absolutely be returning to LabCorp in Petaluma for future blood work."
