"During the height of covid they were able to see me urgently with PPE and other mitigation measures to make me feel safe. As a medical professional myself I know it must be especially hard for dentists to balance the need to see patients on a triage basis, with lowered clinic volume in order to ensure everyone’s safety. Unlike some other specialities, telemedicine is not an option, but they have excellent procedures with in-person visits."
"After months of covid, my periondontal issues flared up. They had a horrible receptionist. She said they wouldn't be able to prescribe me any antibiotic without seeing me. And I couldnt be seen till Friday.(on Monday) Never recieved a phone call back or any help. Horrible service. Will never go back. They just wanted the money grab of the visit(which is fine if you have availability) Just a bad Dentist."
