"I have been a customer for approximately fifteen years. Last week I was contacted to make my yearly appointment which I did. I was then notified that the appointment I made was not available. I rescheduled and the day before I received a telephone call from them which I was unable to answer. I called them back and left a message. They called me this morning and the person I spoke with said that it was strange that no message was left. I went to my scheduled appointment and upon arrival was told by the receptionist that the doctor was forty minutes behind and I would have to again reschedule. I then asked the receptionist why she didn’t call me earlier to inform me. Her answer was I’ve been really busy and it just slipped my mind. The doctor is a good person but his receptionist is a POS. Unless she is terminated I will never return! You don’t treat long term patients this way if you expect them to return."
