"Horrible customer service, not willing to work with you, not willing to back up their work, not friendly, not patient with kids, and LOVE pulling teeth especially before the anesthetic kicks in. My son is now traumatized because of this dental office. He needed some baby shark teeth pulled and they started pulling as soon as they rubbed in the lidocaine without waiting for it to kick in so he felt everything. He was freaking out and instead of pausing and checking in on him they said “you’re fine, we’re almost done”. This happened more than once, dismissing when he was crying. The dentist seems to automatically go that route- pulling teeth I mean. I also always get billed right after the appointment and then again weeks later, another few hundred dollars. Very expensive. And weird because my insurance is supposed to cover all if not 90% of everything. They are always in a hurry and do not do a thorough job. The same child had a crown put in by them and it somehow got infected and ended up pulling his tooth out and would not work with us and back up their work, so we were charged for the tooth extraction as well. My other child had regular cleanings done by them and we were told everything looked great. A few weeks after one of his exams a volunteer dental clinic went into my kid’s school and checked his teeth and called me saying it looked like he had cavities. I called Sahouria and asked them to take another look, and they did, but charged me for a whole new exam! They also said everything looked perfect. At his next cleaning/exam we were told he had multiple cavities and needed a crown. Needless to say I finally had enough and finally switched dental offices. I feel horrible having put my kids through all of that trauma. They also do not allow cell phones or strollers! So if you have a baby don’t bother because they are not accommodating. I wonder if that means they aren’t wheelchair accessible?? Definitely do not recommend this dentist! I am shocked that this is a almost 5 star rated dentist! Based off of reading other bad reviews, it seems like they threaten people to leave them a good review or they will drop them as customers. The good reviews are probably fake! Do not take your babies here! They will be traumatized."

"I highly recommend morning appointments! I showed up to my son's appointment 30 minutes prior. The dentist office was willing to take us early. I appreciate the welcoming and accommodation of making sure that my son feels comfortable. Very important. My son has anxiety towards any Doctors or Dentist that goes near him. My son felt reassured. Quick services answered all of my inquiries and concerns."
