"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS I HOPE THEY GET FIRED FOR CAUSING ME STRESS WHILE PREGNANT THE FRIST CASHIER WAS NICE AND told the other cashier to not scan the corn nuts that were already scanned SHE CHARGED US 4 CORN NUTS WHEN WE ONLY HAD 3 even the cashier before her told her THAT WHEN WE EXPLAINED VARIOUS TIMES THEY BOTH ACTED AS IF THEY DIDN'T SEE HOW THEY CHARGED US FOR ANOTHER & SO we took another corn nuts cus we told her WE DONT CARE IF YOU BOTH SCANNED IT THE CASHIER TOLD YOU NOT TO AND YOU STILL DID IT WE AS CUSTOMERS ARENT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR STUPIDITY LEARN TO OPEN YOUR EYES MORE THERE WAS ONLY THREE CORN NUTS IN THE BAG SO WHY MAKE A FUSS OVER YOU SCANNING INCORRECTLY WORST SERVICE EVER I HOPE YOU BOTH GET FIRED FOR SPEAKING RUDELY TO MY HUSBAND !"

"i HAVE STOPPED BY MULTIPLE TIMES AT NIGHT TIME FRIDAY TO SUNDAY AND THE GIRL THAT WORKS IN THE AFTERNOON, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I BELIEVE SHE SAID HER NAME WAS IMELDA, SHE ALWAYS MAINTAINS THE STORE CLEAN ALWAYS STOCKING AND CLEANING. I LOVE THE SMELL OF THE STORE WHEN I WALK IN, STORE IS ALWAYS NEAT AND ORGANIZED . I HAVE SHOWED UP IN OTHER SHIFTS AS WELL, AND HAVE SOME NEGATIVE COMMENTS., THANKS TO IMELDA FOR HER GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"We stopped by this 7/11 to grab drinks and snacks before heading out on a road trip. Courtney was the cashier and went above and beyond. Her customer service skills are excellent. Super friendly and kind. I rarely leave reviews but I was impressed. The store itself is clean and organized. Parking was easy."

"I've been to better 7-11's... cleaner ones too. the older mexican lady in the mornings is more concerned with gossiping about her daughter then helping customers. I asked her where they kept the honey, she points towards the coffee, so I asked if she was pointing at the flavored syrup to which she replies back that's what you asked for... no, I asked for honey to add to my tea, not flavored syrup."
