"Love this Ross. I always find amazing name brands for so cheap. My latest haul were these Spanx for 9.99, normally 68 bucks, fabletics workout leggings for 14.99, usually 74.99, and free people workout top in the clearance rack for 5.49. The store is also always clean and well organized. Line moves pretty quickly too and they always have enough cashiers which I appreciate. Will definitely be back to hunt for more deals and steals."

"poorly trained staff and incredibly they say they don't have an inventory where they can see what they have, I've never seen a business that doesn't keep track of what comes in and goes out, they just don't feel like supporting the customer, I wanted to return a pair of pants or change it for another size and the woman who attended me did not want to support me. Please train your staff in customer service to be more friendly and at least wait for the customer to finish asking the question before saying No"
