"Ms. Murphy was, by far, the worst part of a protracted divorce action. In addition to exacerbating intense acrimony in our family (thankfully, now resolved), her ego, personal opinion, action, and inaction made an unhappy situation unbearable for all parties, including minor children. Murphy's inability to separate her own bias from the best interest of the involved minors to a seeming personal dislike toward the respondent created a years-long battle, replete with "recommendations" for involvement from outside parties with whom she had personal and social ties, that further delayed resolution. She disputed testimony from court-appointed professionals when they didn't align with her personal opinion, going so far as to attempt to intimidate an experienced professional into providing a report directly to Ms. Murphy before presentation to the court. Her actions during this period were unprofessional, inappropriate, and unprincipled. The lasting emotional and financial effects on our family due to her involvement are incomprehensible. We are still rebuilding after a decade. Family law is notoriously challenging. Divorce and custody are not easy issues for many families. Selecting Murphy will not only exponentially increase the dollars spent "fighting", but it will also cost time you can never get back. Once her representation was terminated, resolution eventually occurred, contrary to her positions and arguments, amicably, after years of discord. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing court reconciliation for family law issues, Ane Murphy should not be involved in any part of it. (If allowed, this would be a zero star rating.)"
