"I bought 2 of the same drinks, prime ice pop flavor, and one tasted rotten. The cashier said I opened it, sorry. Will be taking my business across the street to Arco where the staff takes care of me when they sell me a spoiled product"

"I've never been spoken to so poorly. Their coffee was so old that it was cold. I didn't realize until I'd poured a cup. At the register I asked if I could get a small discount (I know they promise fresh coffee or it's free). I was told I could pay full price or leave it and leave. "What do you want from me?" The owner asked me. Then an employee told me; "you're rich, right?" I live down the block and come into this store for gas a lot. I'll never go back. The store is dirty and the employees have huge chips on their shoulders. The owner thinks some people's money is better than others. Good riddance. There is cheaper gas across the street."

"This store does not follow cleanliness with Covid-19. The tops for the drinks are behind the counter to keep them from being handled by customers. However, when I asked for a top the cashier who had rang up a cash purchase AND emptied the pennies out of the tray on the counter grabbed a stack of tops with his bare hands. I refused and said you should have gloves when picking up the tops. His response was “my hands are clean I have been washing them all day” smh! I called to speak to the manager and asked his name and a female employee refused to give me the manager’s name unless I told her the complaint. So they screen calls from the manager who probably have no idea what is going on in that store. Be safe and try another 7-11!"
