"My experience has been terrible so far. I bought a present for someone in there and asked for a gift receipt in case they wanted to exchange or return it. At no point someone mentioned they didn’t offer any refunds. When I asked if I could return one item out of 3, someone in store said they would make an exception. When I went back on my 3rd time with the item to return, they said they couldn’t do the return because their system can’t accept a return. If you have ever operated a merchant account, that’s just plain dishonesty. I was told to email them, I have yet to receive a follow up on my request. While I would like to support small businesses, I don’t think this is one I recommend due to their poor system and customer service."

The store lay out is navigable, the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the purpose behind DETH is one that is only going to get bigger and bigger. Go for it!!"
