"Mondays are a day to go. It’s never busy and there’s a lot of products that are new from the weekend. They’ve restocked overnight plenty of parking and not the regular traffic that Ross usually sees other places."

"I visit different Ross stores almost every day, all around of LA, but this one is the worst, nothing was in place, all messed up, and the worst that you can see is, a big line of people waiting to pay while the the employees are just joking around, laughing with the security guy. There were 5 employees, and only two were working. I spent my lunch waiting in line. I would not recommend this place."

"I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. For clothing I give it 5 stars because they tend to get the higher end clothing compared to other Ross locations. Staff is overworked and sometimes you don't get the best customer service but its a discount store,. If you want great customer service, go pay full retail."

"First time writing a bad review. I had the worst experience at this Ross location. I would recommend any other Ross to go too because I had the best experience with employees except this location. First and last time coming to this location. I was shopping for a luggage. There was a lady hanging hangers by the luggages section and I asked respectfully and in a humble way, “Please excuse me. May I get through so I can see the luggages next to you.” She said in a rude way, “You can go around because I’m not moving. Go around the dress section to get through.” I was in shocked and I said, “Excuse me, you don’t have to be rude, and what your name.” She stayed quite then when I was about to walk away she cussed me out. That’s when I went to cashiers and asked who’s the manager because I would like to speak to them. Their employee was disrespectful to me for no reason. The cashiers brushed me off and said the manager is somewhere. I waited and asked again and they pointed to her. So apparently she’s the manager at this location and if not they lied to cover her back. She definitely needs to be retained at this store or any other job she is hired in. If not I wouldn’t recommend anyone to hire her. Here is photos this employee or so call manager. Avoid her at all cause if you go to this store."
