"There is a foreigner today Thursday, February 8th at the register hating & dishonoring America!!!!! I was touching the screen entering in pin on my card to pay for my order, when I heard, "enter your pin," in a time as if I were holding up his line. I responded, STOP the attitude & respect my time then I heard the savage low grade animal say, "go," as in, get out of my way, when I decided to publish the fact that the person should be fired immediately for disrespecting my home land, where I was born in year 1972."
"Ben living in San Bruno now 3 years moving from salt lake City Utah where 711 is on every corner street and well known this 7-eleven here is the most unprofessional franchise owned by Middle Eastern folks that do not treat their customers Fair they cheat on their prices and literally it says 24 hours and literally this the first time I come and it's closed and I wish I can do a video and post but it's already giving negative reflex to the viewers and I'm not a personal hate or bang on any business I'm all support but tonight I'll walk up to the door and it's chained locked cool put a sign on there that it shows that it's closed or busy but don't stand there and stop your shows and just stare at me and I'm looking at him like okay are you open are you not and he just surpassed his visual look like I wasn't even there or I didn't exist and you know very poor customer service very unprofessional they don't do discounts they're not about their business that's just so messy and just grimy and not only that it needs five s's as well"
"7/11 in San Bruno, CA, San Mateo County, is the busiest one that I have ever encountered. And believe me, I've encountered a lot of them, as I'm sure many folks have. But this one, and ALL 7/11s are never empty for long, this one really stands out. Product availability, as well as a wide assortment of food, drinks, beverages, alcoholic and none, is always satisfied. Their food fresh every day, from salads to delicious, thick sandwiches. Of course toiletries, snacks, sweets stationed galore in the isles. Because it's a smaller store, doesn't mean that you won't find s quick Dinner item in the frozen section right next to the ice, and desert could be had, out of the ice cream chest, always filled with cold yummies. Bring a chocolate bar or two, to an old friend. Make new ones when you get a variety of taquitos and/or pizza slices from the hot grill table. They even have TOILET PAPER people, toiletpaper! I'm not kidding. Maybe I should keep that find secret, before the 5 individuals of the selfish kind, monopolize the purchase (again) and swoop them all off! Anyhow. Busy place, busy store, busy at the "Covid-19 prepared"and approved counter. That the employees, and/or owners of this particular 7/11 do not smile, and hardly speak, is something that I've gotten accustomed to by now, in the last couple of years and maybe longer. That's ok. I still get service and the correct change back, and their 'offerings" of an acceptable price. Clean store, no bathrooms are also not a requirement. Half of the 7/11s do not offer facilities. Do to space availability perhaps. And like mentioned; plenty of stuff for everyone! I'll give them four stars, and when their communication skills develop out of its infancy, then they can have 5. 7/11 in San Bruno!"
"The store was clean. The clerk was helpful. But, now that I think about it, I don't recall seeing a mask on the clerk's face."
"they do not wear masks. stopped in today and left as soon as i walked in. the guy restocking the coffee condiments, No mask! the guy behind the counter, mask down around his chin. This is the 3rd time I have stopped by on my way home, they clearly do not care."
