"This is an alright place. No different from any other footlocker. Except this footlocker has barely anything in their inventory. I asked for 4 shoes in specific sizes and they were all out. The employee that helped me was ok he comes off as a know it all and that turned me off but he had good intentions so I'll give them a 3"

"The workers here are so rude, I've never experienced such bad help please don't go here. The workers treat the costumers so bad. The manger here is horrible I hope that person gets fired, better yet all the workers here should get fired they are all so rude. The first time I went I asked if i could get the adidas in size 4 in white with black strips the worker was so rude he just said no straight up and turned around. He did not give me a reason why he could not give them to me. I was shocked I've never been treated that way before. The second time I called instead of going because I could not find the shoe size I wanted any where, so I asked if they had the adidas original superstar in size 4 in white with black strips and the girl said yes that there was 1 left and I asked her if she could put them on hold because i did not want to risk them not being there when I go and she said "yeah no my manger said we are not putting them on hold" but she said with an attitude and I did not hear her talk to the manger at anytime while I was on the line unless she was the manger. I was so confused I mean I get it if maybe they can't put the shoes on hold but she could have given me a reason why she couldn't or at least she could have said it With out an attitude. Please don't go here becuae the workers are so rude. Honestly these workers are going to ruin the reputation of kids footlocker because of the bad costumer service."
