Customer Service rep was polite, but their policy is without an order number they are unwilling to replace without buying another remote. --Update-- Company contacted me today and shipped the new remote. Very friendly. I know this company has quality products, and I'm anxious to test this out."
"we ordered the Lutema Car from Amazon and my son loves it. He has it for three months and he takes it everywhere. Unfortunately one part got broken and we contact customer service at Lutema. "My review is for the Blaze and Tracer Overlord RC trucks. Both trucks were received quickly and were in good shape upon arrival. Pros: Handles well on dirt, grass, etc. Easy enough to use that my 4 year old learned how to drive it independently with minimal instruction. Fast. Seem durable so far. Cons: No instructions came with the cars, so were not sure how long to charge them. Controls operate on the same frequency, so you cannot use more than one at a time. Overall, they seem to handle well "off-road" which is an important quality when you have young boys. Good value for the price."

"I purchased a Lutema RC Truck from Fry's Electronics as a gift and they really enjoy it. It is just what I expected, the kids love how resistant to crashes it it. The tires give the truck a lot of friction and provide stability to the device. The kids use it mostly indoors, however it also drives smoothly outside in paved surfaces. Definitely a nice toy for older children to enjoy-- and adults :)"
