"Luana doesn’t know how to do math. I had to correct her math 4 times when she was giving my change back. Seemed like only two possibilities, she was either trying to short change me and tried to confuse me to do so. Or. She literally doesn’t know how to do math. At one point she was about to give me more money then I gave her………. It was insane. She’d go from trying to short change me to over paying me to short changing me again to over paying. She seemed like she was on drugs or that she never learned how to do math. I am not exaggerating. She is not fit to be a cashier. Nice girl… but I had a feeling she was either trying to pocket money from the register and acting like she doesn’t know better… or she’s literally just so imcompetent in performing basic addition and subtraction that she shouldn’t be dealing with cash. One of the two.. hopefully management figures it out. She was super sketchy…… and her behavior reminded me of some drug addicts I know."
"I got four rock stars and a large fountain drink paid with $100 and the cashier said you're change is 90 with 85 cents and get Shelly gave me back 70 and while I was still in there I said it's short and then she got another 10 and said okay 90 and then while I walk to my car I realized it was still short cuz she only gave me 10 not 20 more"
"Cashier very rude and annoying. My husband went in to purchase his cigar and didn't have his ID with him and the cashier Joy made a big deal of him not having it even though the person in line before us was not asked for ID was allowed to pull his cigarettes off the shelf no issue but when it came to my husband trying to purchase she refused becuz he didn't have his ID so I went inside to purchase with mine and she says she still can't sell me what I'm trying to purchase even though I presented her my ID and yet she still says no? What a waste of time! Definitely calling it in and reporting how she wasn't IDing before I entered this store (mind you we are both born in 93)"
"This is a really great place with great people working there. 2 weeks ago I bought a small bucket of ice cream there. I opened it up when I was pretty far away from there, that's when I saw that there was something wrong with that ice cream. It looked weird. I checked the expiration date on it and it was long expired by the time I bought it. I live in la mesa, which is about good 30 minutes drive from that place, so I decided it was not worth time and gas money for me to drive all the way back there to return the ice cream and get that $6.something refund. Today, after two weeks had passed from that date I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop by and get some gasoline and while I was pumping the gas I walked into the store and talk to a cashier and explain to the lady what happened and that I am not even thinking that they're going to refund me the money anymore because I don't even have that ice cream because it's old melted and I threw it away the same day and then I just told her that to watch out for any more of the Bad Ice-Cream that than myself so she took the information and the 10th I went back to the car finished pumping gas and came back into the store to get the receipt and to buy a bottle of water and when I was doing that the lady said that there was a manager there and she told him the story and he told her to refund me the price of that ice cream so she did and I think this is very awesome because having an expired ice cream of course it's not the best way of doing business but if you happen to anyone and I know this from being a business owner to that s*** happens and nobody is guaranteed from the but it is the way that you handle the problem with your customer when that happens it's the way how you treat her customer what what matters the most and they showed that they know how to treat the customer correctly that's why they get five stars and I would recommend this place to everyone again thank you guys it's not the amount of money it's. Actual way you treat the customer is what matters to me the most"
"The suction of the self serve vacuum is horrible, not even as good as my regular household vacuum. Usually, the pay per use vacuum at gas stations are really high suction, this is not the case. Dont waste your time or money, $1.50 for 3 minutes I believe."
