"Everyone was excited for the opening of this brand new 7-11. However, the last 3 times I have been there I've run into problems. Whether it's the pay of the pump screens that don't work, luke warm coffee out of the coffee machines, a broken ATM, or staff sitting on the phone while the line builds up at the counter, this gas station is a long way away from being convenient. Worst of all was today when the employee was not wearing gloves to the handle food and an overflowing trash can was in the middle of the floor near the beverage stations. Absolutely disgusting."

"This 711 cheat customer!! On the board show: 8/$3.99 boneless wing… but they just like Walmart style boneless POPCORN. And they never put the 8pcs together. The did 5 pcs together and NEVER can be add for 8PCS!!! So I ask cashier , he said just take 2 so he can scan. But I’m not sure, I said 2 is 10pcs, but the price will still be $3.99??? He said yes..( Idlk he understand ENGLISH or not. He just try to let me go!!!) And the funny part is, the manager thinks the customer is stupid and with the stupid MATH. He did so so fast to scan the stuff and show us price. About $28 something!!! But the totally we count only about &12 something PLUS TAX($1.81) I asked why? He said everything need to add TAX(he is little laugh at me!! Think I’m stupid and never know to add TAX) I said the tax about $6!?? He said YES YES!!!! So I point out and said, the tax is $1.81(show on the computer ) he likes blind, still think, I’m stupid with math!!! And try to current me about why tax is $6?? How he can be a manager with this terrible service???He just like cheat CUSTOMERS!!!! Really terrible service!!! So warning!!! NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK UR PRICES BEFORE YOU READY PAY FOR IT!!!!! They steal the money from your pocket!!!!"
