"I have been to this store many many times. Usually a good experience, nothing special. Today either the cashier (Guy in red shirt, a little longer hair, white) was just having a bad day or he’s just racist. I was there to return a gift perfume I bought for my wife (she opened, it tried once, did not like). He took the return murmuring something (said talking to colleague when there was no one there), and handed me the return receipt. I checked the original amount paid and refund and found a discrepancy. Went back and he says I scanned your receipt and that’s what you get, I won’t debate. I kept saying I’m not debating just want to understand how I paid only this much originally but he snapped, repeating that he doesn’t want to debate. Then he raised his voice and asked me to leave immediately, telling me the way to door. I think sometimes people have bad days (personal or professional matters) which impact their behaviour. However this should be an excuse to ruin other people’s day or hurt them. If he was not having a bad day though, he is just racist or has some other issues to sort out and should not be a customer facing employee."
"We were traveling to California when our son became sick. This location helped locate all the meds we needed and transferred the prescriptions to their location so we could pick up the same day. They were very helpful and responsive."
"2x in a week closed. Feb 4th and Feb 11th. So i guess the reviews are right. Its closed from 10pm till 5am... Waste of my time and cost me money!!"
"This used to be a 24 hour location, but I've been by here at night (after 1 am) multiple times and they have had a yellow sign in the door that says they will reopen at 5 am. Based on other reviews, this seems to happen every night."
