They do not reply to multiple emails to their posted customer service email address. I should have known, because the only phone number is in Las Vegas, and I ordered from their Indio, CA location. Pick another florist."
"I placed an order 2 weeks ago for a beautiful succulent arrangement in a cool concrete bowl from their website. What was delivered was live plants, in a cheap plastics box, with no succulents. I have emailed and called them multiple times and no one is answering my calls. Beware, their substitutions do not align with what you order. I am very disappointed."
