Edible Arrangements

"Another poor review for this store: My girlfriend attempted to gift me an edible arrangements for Valentine’s Day. They failed to deliver on time and the following week she contacted the store to follow up. They stated they would deliver the next day, unfortunately it again wasn’t delivered. Her information has been forwarded to the store manager twice and still has not been contacted. I also have reached out twice and haven’t received any updates on when it will be delivered. They accepted her money yet won’t offer a refund. I don’t believe this store manager knows what they are doing. They are making a poor impression for Edible Arrangements as a whole."

"The employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing here. Edible Arrangements does not pay any attention to this franchise. Don’t order from here!!!!! They didn’t have any supplies for the week of Valentine’s Day, which is crazy. I had to keep calling to get the updates on my order and not only did I get my order a day late at 7:45pm, but they got the order completely wrong even after I told the guy two times that the cheesecakes were the most important part of the order. Terrible service!"

"I ordered an arrangement for my granddaughter for her 6th birthday. The arrangement was received late and looked like it had been left out in the heat for hours. I’ve tried numerous times to call the store but no one answers. Someone finally called me today and said they’d call back in 10 minutes, it’s been over 4 hours. I tried calling that number back and no one answers. Major food safety issue with the product delivered."

"Workers do what they want. No one is ever here. They go home whenever they want to. Hours are listed that they close at 6 M-F. They closed an hour early on Thursday 9/28. I went today 9/30 at 4:30pm when I got out of work there is a sign on the door that says hour break which i attached a photo of. Funny the store closes at 5 so I guess the workers just close early again. Don’t list hours of business when you can not follow them. Disappointing as I saw other customers try to go in the store. I am going to call corporate. Unprofessional."

"My boyfriend told me to watch out for a delivery on Valentine's day since I worked. As 4pm came I told him nothing had arrived. He attempted to call the business numerous times and left a voicemail for an ETA with no answer or call back. We were willing to pick them up, but with no call back we decided we couldn't do anything but wait. The day after Valentine's Day we thought maybe they will deliver today. We waited and told my boyfriend to cancel the order. I received my order today and this is how they came to me. I told my boyfriend I would be tossing them since they smelled horrible. They said we will receive our refund within 5days. I hope this business takes these reviews seriously and really make some changes since looking at the reviews on google and on yelp obviously this business needs some work."
