"POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a lei for a birthday party. Upon arrival it was brown and smushed. I reached out to this company regarding my dissatisfaction and they requested a picture. I followed up with a couple pictures and never heard back. I have now emailed them on four different occasions with no avail. I would NOT recommend this company. Again poor quality and no customer support."

"Poor quality and no customer service response. Our lei arrived at our door wilted and the white areas of the flowers were brown. The beaded necklace, which was part of the order, was also laid on top of the lei and crushed the flowers. Poor packaging, poor product, and no customer service, all at a price that was pretty expensive and no cheaper than their competitors. There are better choices."

I got a cute boba AirPods case and cool button that says CHEE HOO! The staff is also super friendly and helpful! Awesome shop and I'll visit when is San Diego! 5/5 stars!"
