"Littleneck clams made my wife an I violently ill same day we bought them. Called the store next day to let them know, the girl who answered said she was from customer service but never said her name and refused to provide it when I asked! Disgraceful staff training Vons and clearly need a health and safety review of your seafood counter. I will never buy seafood there again."

"The manager Jody was really rude when I called asking about the money order.. she was stating the machine hasn't been working for over half a year. When I have been getting a money order for my rent for the past several months. She saying I'm a liar and I haven't been getting a money order there.. For her being a manager she has a real rude tone/attitude. Work on your Customer service!"

"Wow I usually go to trader Joe's or whole foods for my groceries I do go to Vons from time to. I'll come to Vons for my grocery Staples like dairy or major brand needs. I particularly like this because it's always clean and the shelves are always well stock. I come here probably every two weeks and I always see the happy workers here. Some know me and even say hi. I also like that there is a Starbucks here, it's nice getting my caffeine fix before I do my grocery shopping. It's nice that Vons have all these coupons and discounts unlike the other higher end supermarkets. I love getting deals from all my purchases whenever I come here."

"Unbelievable this place, I'm frequently here because of convenience but after today, I may think differently and advise others to do the same. if it isn't enough that I come here regularly and typically have to allot an extra 5-10 minutes because no self check out and barely any registers open, earlier in week just one line open and line went all the way deep into aisle, never have I witnessed that in store in my 30+ years of existence. Today tops it all though person in floral wouldn't check me out when I was there with flowers and then I asked if able to cut for just 1 stem couldn't do that. I mean the lack of quality customer service just amazes me. I work in staffing and people would do anything for job here. Terribly disappointing. Only plus is one person who works at register Thomas, he always brings great service and a game"

"It's very rare that you walk into a grocery store and immediately notice how clean and organized everything is. This place is well kept, has great staff members, and in general a very nice to stop at. They're produce, meat/seafood, floral, even down to the random nick nacks department all look like fresh and well configured. And do not worry, there is a Starbucks located inside. There is also a Peet's Coffee and Tea located in the shopping center. Don't get blown away by the evening/morning rushes. Besides that it's and nice place to get and out of."
