She showed me what flower I should choose that will last longer. They arranged a very beautiful bouquet that everyone kept asking about it."

"Poor and unreliable customer service. My mother's day order (that I placed and paid for several days in advance) was cancelled and I was never notified. I had to call (twice!) to see why the bouquet wasn't delivered before I was told about the cancellation. By this point it was the end of the day and too late to order a replacement from another vendor. They should have called to notify me of the cancellation, not the other way around. When I brought this up, the only response was "sorry." I was told they canceled my order because it did not meet the minimum for delivery (a minimum that was never mentioned during the check out process). I was told a refund would be given, but no further attempt was made to rectify their failure to uphold their part of the transaction. I will not be ordering from here again."
