"Amazing experience yesterday!!! I needed a couple of bouquets of flowers for an open house I had later that day, I reached Flora on the phone on the first ring. She was very easy to talk to and helpful with what I needed and had the two beautiful bouquets ready right on time to the minute as I arrived. During the pick up process we were chatting and she had mentioned that she was preparing a huge order for a large wedding later that day and I had realized that she took the special care and personal attention to drop what she was doing to make sure my order was taken care of on time. The customer service is top notch, the arrangements are stunning and the flowers last for quite a long time. My only complaint is that they are in San Diego and I can only use them when sending to my friend that lives there. I’d love if they would open a “Petals by the Mountains” in Denver."
