I was in excruciating pain still in line to receive surgery I called to refill my medicine and no explanation was given I was told if I didn't like it then go to another Walgreens I'm a black single father and I went to the Walgreens on 498 Castro because it was supposed to be diverse but as I see it was a lie this Walgreens manager's have bad professional attitude and experience and don't know how to deal with the public don't go to this Walgreens"

"Overall it was and has been gud experience however on one nights at around that godawful time of 1am I went to spend some ebt d get milk and cereal me juice and instant cup of noodle. I had left my purse with security because they offered 2 hold it for me this moment. So I purchase my products then proceed to the security guard and take my purse back and when I got my purse 21 dollars was missing. I wonder do you think the security guy ho works at Walgreens and the one opened 24 hours would steal from me? Just dissatisfied in that suspicion?"

"The pharmacy is horrible. My doctor had to call multiple times to put the script through, they only partially filled the order and didn't tell me when I called to confirm it was ready, and then they refused to honor my Gold RX Walgreens discount coupons even though I had pre confirmed with them. I ended up canceling the entire order. Very inexperienced and a total waste of valuable time trying to deal with the perpetual messes on their part. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY"

"Tried to buy batteries. They are behind the lock. Pressed assistance help botton. Few minutes later and few presses later still no one came to help. Went to the store across the street, purchased batteries in less time including walking there than I waited here. I get they need security but figure out a system that still allows me to buy stuff. What use is a store where you can't buy things because everything is locked and no one is there to open up the locks?"
