"I’ve been shopping Alice and Olivia for years online and in store. I used to have the best customer experience there and now it’s gone. Not sure if management changed but I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of quality service. I tried to go in store to shop the friends and family sale, the one girl working there barely acknowledged me. I then proceeded to order online, had some returns to make and the same girl disregarded my presence when I went in and I had to call her from the back. I really hope some changes are made because for now my desire to shop in store there is very very low"

"My family and I have been long time big customers of A&O but we are extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. Over the weekend, my mother and I went in and were stared down by the 3 employees working, no hello, no welcome. My mother wanted to try on a slip dress and asked for assistance with sizing only to be told that she had to wait. For what, we’re not sure because there was only one other customer in the store and they were all just standing around. Not once did the employees offer to help us or get us started with a fitting room despite our holding multiple items. Naturally, we were frustrated and decided to just leave the store. We said thank you and walked out. We received no reaction or response whatsoever from the employees. For a luxury high end brand, this poor excuse for customer service should not exist. Very disappointing and the treatment certainly does not make us want to continue shopping with A&O."
